All rates are room rates and include breakfast and vat @ 15% -

30th April 09  till     18th Dec 08    -    £95

Double / Twin Rooms (1 person)

15th Feb 09   till    30th April 09   -    £70

30th April 09  till     18th Dec 08    -   £75

Single Room- 

15th Feb 09   till    30th April 09   -    £55

30th April 09  till     18th Dec 08    -   £58

At Deveron House we accept payment by -

Cash

Cheque (with a valid cheque guarantee card)

Visa, Mastercard and Debit cards.

Cancellation policy

We reserve the right to take a 10% deposit at the time of booking or at any time prior to arrival.

Any cancellations within 7 - 14 days of arrival will be subject to payment of 25% on any rooms that remain unsold.

Any cancellations within 7 days of arrival are subject to payment of 75% on any rooms that remain unsold.

In the event that we have not received notice of cancellation & guests do not show, then full payment will be charged to the credit card provided for the duration of the booking. We will not automatically cancel rooms should guests fail to arrive on the first night of a multi night booking.

All changes and cancellations must be in writing to bookings@deveronhouse.com.

WE ASK ALL GUESTS TO ENSURE THEY HAVE SUFFICIENT TRAVEL INSURANCE TO COVER OUR CANCELLATION POLICY.
